Shipping

How long does shipping take? We aim to send every order out the next working day. Delivery is usually 3–5 business days within New Zealand, and you'll get a tracking link by email.

What does shipping cost? $7 flat rate within New Zealand, or $12 for rural delivery addresses.

Do you ship internationally? Not yet. New Zealand only for now.

Freshness & storage

Why isn't my candy super crunchy yet? We send our treats as fresh as possible, so they may still be developing their crunch. Leave them a couple of days for extra crunch.

How should I store it? In a cool, dry place away from moisture and humidity. Best enjoyed within one month.
