$7 flat rate within New Zealand, $12 for rural delivery. We aim to send every order out the next working day and email you a tracking link.

Delicate product

We take great care when packaging your CRUSH'D treats. Due to their delicate, handcrafted nature and the realities of courier handling, some pieces may occasionally arrive cracked or broken. This doesn't affect their deliciousness, it's simply part of the nature of the product 💕

If your box arrives crushed or unusable, or was clearly damaged by the courier, email a photo to hello@crushdcandy.co.nz within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund it.

Returns & refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we don't offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

If there is a significant issue with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. We'll review genuine concerns case by case and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

This policy does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
