every piece is handmade, so colours, shapes, sizes and crystal formations naturally vary. No two pieces look exactly the same.

crystallisation is unpredictable. Some pieces are smoother, crunchier, softer or more heavily crystallised than others. That's part of what makes each batch unique.

we ship as fresh as possible, so treats may still be developing their signature crunch. For an extra-hard shell, leave them a couple more days before eating.
